Equipment Approach Warning System 2.0

IPAS 2.0 is a system that prevents collision/crushing accidents by providing bi-directional approach warnings through recognition of position and distance between vehicles and workers using UWB technology.
Additionally, it can precisely set detection distances by considering conditions such as vehicle driving direction, speed, and site environment.

Vehicle Tag (VT)
Vehicle Tag (VT)
  • • UWB tag installed on vehicles
  • • Precisely measures distance by exchanging signals bi-directionally between tags to determine approach of pedestrians and vehicles
  • • [Multi VTs Mode] Each VT operates with separate setting parameters enabling more precise configuration
Indicator Plus (IND+)
Indicator Plus (IND+)
  • • Alarm and function setting device installed inside vehicle
  • • Caution and danger zone alarms when detecting pedestrians/vehicles
  • • Warning output through LCD, LED (left/right), speaker
  • • Intuitive control function through LCD touch screen
Pedestrian Tag (PT)
Pedestrian Tag (PT)
  • • UWB tag carried by workers
  • • Warning sound and vibration alarm when entering vehicle tag warning zones
  • • Excellent product usage time (approximately 54 hours)
  • • Easy charging with contact charging method
  • • Battery level confirmation through LED indicators
  • • Water-resistant and various accessories provided
E-mode Tag (EMT)
E-mode Tag (EMT)
  • • E-Mode dedicated auxiliary UWB tag installed on vehicles
  • • Enables shaping-type setting for warning ranges by additionally measuring angles between tags (requires 1 VT and 2 EMTs)
Flashlight Zone Tag (FZT)
Flashlight Zone Tag (FZT)
  • • UWB tag installed in zones such as facilities
  • • Installed in blind spots like site offices, warehouse entrances, corners to provide audio-visual alerts for vehicle approach
  • • Provides vehicle approach warning alerts to workers not carrying PT
  • • Can be linked with external devices
Zone Tag (ZT)
Zone Tag (ZT)
  • • UWB tag installed in zones such as facilities
  • • Receives approach signals from vehicle and pedestrian tags
  • • Installed in zones where audio-visual warnings are not needed such as rest areas, garages
  • • Can be linked with external devices

Sets caution zones and danger zones based on distance between UWB tags.
(Multi VTs Mode: Supports up to 4 vehicle tags)
Can set more customized caution zones and danger zones based on distance and angle between UWB tags.

※ To use E-Mode, 1 vehicle tag and 2 E-Mode tags are required.

PC & Smartphone Configuration Support

IPAS 2.0 Toolkit is provided for easy environment configuration on PC and smartphone.

IPAS 2.0 Collision Avoidance System

IPAS 2.0 is a system that prevents collision/crushing accidents by providing bi-directional approach warnings through recognition of position and distance between vehicles and workers using UWB technology.
Additionally, it can precisely set detection distances by considering conditions such as vehicle driving direction, speed, and site environment.

IPAS provides distance-based proximity warning alerts to prevent collision accidents between vehicles.
When other vehicles enter pre-set caution zones or danger zones, the Indicator Plus installed inside the vehicle provides voice warnings such as "Caution. Vehicle is approaching." or "Danger." along with LCD and LED warnings.

IPAS installs flashlight-type fixed tags in blind spots such as site offices, warehouse entrances where vehicle movement cannot be immediately confirmed, warning workers not carrying pedestrian tags about vehicle approach and preventing collision accidents.

IPAS prevents vehicle collisions by controlling traffic order according to the entry sequence of vehicles approaching intersections.
When there is a preceding vehicle, it sends a no-entry signal to smoothly manage the traffic system within the worksite.

Spaces where approach warnings are not needed such as rest areas, garages can be conveniently managed by setting them as warning-restricted zones.
When vehicles approach pre-set safety zones, alerts are disabled, and when they leave the safety zones, warnings are reactivated for efficient and safe use.

External devices can be controlled using UWB tags as trigger conditions when vehicles enter specific zones.
Easy integration with various external devices such as parking gate barriers, relays, lamps enables implementation of customized safety scenarios for each industrial environment.
